We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your family is facing, especially regarding your son's depression. It's important to remember that God is always with us, even in our darkest hours. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we want to address the use of "###" in your prayer request. We understand that you might be trying to protect your loved one's identity, but we want to encourage you to be open and honest in your prayers. God knows each of us by name and loves us deeply.
In regards to your son's depression, we want to encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God. It's crucial to remember that God can turn any situation around, no matter how difficult it may seem. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11-12, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you."
We also want to encourage you to seek professional help for your son, as depression is a serious condition that often requires medical intervention. Prayer is powerful, and God can work through doctors and therapists to bring healing and hope.
Your husband's heartache is also a concern to us. Let him know we are also praying for him. We pray you both will find comfort in God's word. Ephesians 6:13 reminds us to "put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this family to You. Lord, we pray for their son, who is struggling with depression. We ask that You would touch his mind and heart, and bring healing and hope into his life. Help him to know that You are always with him, even in his darkest hours.
We also pray for his parents. Lord, give them the strength and wisdom they need to support their son. Comfort them in their own pain and sorrow, and help them to trust in You.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Keep calling on His name, and trust that He hears you and is working in your situation.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
