I'm so tired of being hurt. I give my relationships 100 percent and always end up hurt and broken. Recently I had to make a decision to end a relationship that I thought lead to marriage. He talked about it constantly but put forth no effort to make it realistic. He didn't want to compromise on anything. He made me feel sad and unheard. He never put me first. He used me and took advantage of me and I allowed it. I kept thinking my love would be enough. However, it was never enough and after being together on and off for 11 yrs. This chapter has come to a close. He didn't even put in effort to try to resolve things and that showed me He never really loved nor cared for me. Please Father heal my heart and brokenness. I am so tired of being used and abused. I give up now at 43 yrs old on finding a good man to love, respect, honor, and make me happy. All I keep attracting are heartless, selfish, spoiled, unkind, men that only want some to use and abuse. Please help me.

Sweetheart, I have faced a similar situation recently. Loved a married one in the hope that things will work out. However, in the journey strewn with pain and disappointments, I have learnt to love MYSELF. Never hurt yourself, never do anything that will hurt your soul, meditate, pray, do anything that makes YOU happy. Hopefully, you will get whatever you want in life.
