I'm so frustrated I cant focus on anything, I have adhd and it's like banging my head against a brick wall. I even rested and slept well! Yet I still cant focus. Please pray for God to help me focus and not be lazy!

I am praying for you! There is help. You may be suffering with Adult Attention Disorder. (ADHA) There are many adults and kids that do suffering in silence with this. You need to reach out and for help. My nephew suffers with this. My sister contacted his doctor and now this child is able to do his school work. Play sports with other kids. His life has come to a complete happy change. I am only make a suggestion. A good physical will help you and your doctor come to a conclusion what going on. Praying for you to be cured.

Thanks I haven't been diagnosed but I have suspicions. I have a lot of the symptoms and am always seen as being lazy. I tried to find work but I cant get a job due to not being able to focus. Even doing basic tasks can be an effort. I guess I need to be more patient with myself.
