We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and fatigue you're experiencing. We can find numerous verses in scripture to encourage us to address concerns with our bodily health. Continuing to have an impact on our daily lives when we are supposed to be doing the things given to us by God. Give us a gentle expectation to cast our burdens upon Him, and He will sustain us.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who is in pain and fatigued. Lord, You are our strength and our shield. We ask for Your healing touch upon them, that You would ease their pain and give them the strength to complete the tasks at hand.
We also pray for wisdom regarding the use of essential oils or any other substance. Lord, guide them towards what is beneficial and away from what is harmful. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
We thank the Father for the provision of rest and for Jesus Christ to be God as part of the Holy Trinity, of whom it says in Psalm 127:2, they are a reward for our daily labor and the way in which we actually do anything of substance..
It is only by Jesus that we have access to God. As scripture says in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Such scriptures remind us of his essential and powerful role to actively seek the Father's face and we should pray only by our earnest savior.
Help us to understand this further, so that we may give all our works to Jesus. This includes those that can be misunderstood as benign, how we care for our body, the physical temple for the use of God's spirit on this earth. As scripture ryhmes in Ephesians 2:19-20 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
It is in this faith that we may understand, Jesus is our healer. He is by the Father in healing the rebuke. May he forgive and heal us of our afflictions. We pray by His stripes that we should be healed. for this with thankfulness. May you live and rest in power.
In Jesus' name, we pray and say amen.
Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
St James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
