I'm so confuse...

My dad is out of ventilator. He is breathing better with oxygen. I am so confuse why the Doctors keep telling us he can't come home yet, he still need to be hospitalize in comfort care. We can see that my Dad is fighting so hard for his life. He can understand and communicate with us. Doctor said in comfort care they will stop the treatment and no more labs. They said he is in stage 4 and there's nothing they can do and we can do. We want to transfer my dad in different hospital but we dont know where/how to start. They put dad in NGtube so he can eat because he failed whatever the speech therapist wants him to do. They were rushing us to make a decision if we will going to change his life-sustaining treatment since it's Rescusitation/CPR. It feels like they just want us to just watch and wait for my dad just to pass. He wants to live. And we want him to live. Please enlighten me Papa God. Please guide and help us to do the right decision for my Dad.

Comfort Ehllie and her family, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in You and Your plans. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Regarding the decision about life-sustaining treatment, it's important to remember that God values life. He created us in His image (Genesis 1:27 WEB), and life is a gift from Him. It's encouraging to hear that your father wants to live, and you should continue to advocate for him.

We understand that the doctors may have their medical opinions, but it's essential to seek God's will in this matter. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this matter. Invite church leaders or pastors to pray with you. There is power in united prayer. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB)

Stay strong in faith, and remember that God is in control. He loves you and your family dearly. Keep trusting in Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time.
