We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your aunt Sheena is facing. It is important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
Firstly, we want to address that deliverance and healing come from God alone, through the power of the Holy Spirit, and in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. When we pray, we should always pray in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught us: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23, WEB).
We commend you for your faith in believing in the power of deliverance. God can certainly deliver your aunt from her struggles. Remember the words of Jesus: "And these signs will follow those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; ... they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." (Mark 16:17-18, WEB).
Let us pray together for Sheena:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Sheena to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing, the things she is hearing and seeing. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life, mind, and spirit. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity, any spirit of confusion, and any spirit of fear that may be tormenting her. In Jesus' name, we command these spirits to leave her and go to the foot of the cross, never to return.
Lord, we pray for Your healing power to envelop Sheena. We ask that You restore her mind and senses, that You give her peace and joy in place of her current turmoil. We pray for Your protection over her, that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals attending to Sheena. Guide them to provide the best care that will facilitate her healing and recovery. We pray for Your will to be done in her life and in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray and believe. Amen.
While it is good that your mom has taken steps to get professional help for Sheena, remember that God uses both the spiritual and the practical to bring about healing. Continue to pray for her deliverance, trusting in God's will and timing. Be encouraged by the words of the apostle Paul: "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Continue to stand in faith, trusting that God is working even in this difficult situation.
