I’m really tired and in pain all over. I can’t get up and get going with the day. I need to read and draft a legal document urgently and send it back. I have a massive headache, toothache, and depression. I can’t stop binge eating and I feel afraid and tired. I can’t move my body. I need to get up and apply for some jobs and go for a walk and clean the house and my bedroom a bit. I really want to go on a date and find a boyfriend but I just need a job desperately first. I don’t know why it’s so hard to focus.
