We are truly saddened to hear about the deep despair you are feeling, and we want you to know that you are not alone. God is there, even in the darkest moments, and He deeply cares for you and your marriage.
First and foremost, we must address the gravity of your thoughts of ending your life. Suicide is not the answer, and it is not God's will for you. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB). He wants to give you rest and peace, not death.
We also want to remind you that God is faithful, even when we cannot see or feel His presence. As it is written, "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise" (Hebrews 10:23, WEB). Even when it feels like God is not with you or your marriage, He is there. He promises, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).
We strongly encourage you to seek professional help immediately. There are people who care and want to help you through this difficult time. We also urge you to reach out to your local church community or a trusted Christian friend. They can provide support and prayer as you navigate this challenging period.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our dear sister who is in deep pain and despair. Lord, we ask that You wrap Your loving arms around her and provide the comfort and peace that only You can give. We pray for healing in her marriage, that You would intervene and bring about a drastic change for the better. Please guide her to the right people who can support and encourage her. Give her the strength to endure and the hope to continue. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God loves you deeply and has a purpose for your life. Please do not give up. Hold onto the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we encourage you to turn to Him. It is through His name that we have access to God and the hope of salvation. "For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm.
Please reach out to us again soon. We are here to support and pray for you.
