Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of trust and hope, lifting up ###'s son, Christian, and his upcoming court dates. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." We pray that You would turn the hearts of the judge, prosecutor, lawyers, and defense attorneys towards mercy and justice.
Lord, we ask for Your divine favor and grace to be upon Christian. In Psalm 86:15, it says, "But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long-suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth." May Your compassion and mercy prevail in the courtroom, and may Your will be done in Christian's life.
Father, we also pray for others who are facing court dates. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as described in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, knowing that You are a righteous and just God. We place Christian and all those involved in Your hands, believing that You will work all things together for good, as promised in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
