Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Giltson and his prayer request for strength in a hostile work environment. Lord, you know the challenges and difficulties he is facing, and we ask for your divine intervention and guidance.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 18:2 that you are our rock, our fortress, and our deliverer. We pray that you would be Giltson's strength and refuge in the midst of this hostile environment. Fill him with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus .
Lord, we ask for your wisdom and discernment for Giltson as he navigates through these challenging circumstances. Help him to respond with grace and love, even in the face of hostility. Give him the strength to stand firm in his faith and to be a shining light in his workplace .
We also pray for a transformation in the hearts of those who are causing hostility. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth. May they experience your love and grace, leading to a change in their behavior and attitudes.
Father, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We trust in your power and sovereignty, knowing that you can turn any situation around for good. Strengthen Giltson's faith and help him to rely on you completely.
