I'm praying for my daughter who is away at college. She's been experiencing mean girl behavior from her two supervisors. She discovered things they have said about her that are mean and threatening. Tomorrow she will have a meeting with their boss to discuss the issues these girls are causing. I pray that God gives her the strength to have this difficult conversation, and that the boss listens with an open heart and does the right thing for the entire office. I pray things change and improve and these girls are held accountable for their behavior. I pray for my daughter to come out of this stronger and confident and affirm that she's been nothing but kind this entire time. As a mom, I want to fight this battle for her but I know to give it to God. He will handle it in ways I never imagined. My daughter will be rewarded for her courage and strength and most of all, the grace she's had this entire time. She's an amazing women and I'm so proud to be her mom.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Butisdar's prayer request for their daughter who is facing mean girl behavior from her supervisors at college. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. Give her the strength and courage to have the difficult conversation with her boss about the issues she is facing. We pray that her boss will listen with an open heart and take appropriate action to address the behavior of these girls.

Lord, we ask that you bring about a positive change in the office environment. Hold these girls accountable for their actions and help them to recognize the impact of their behavior on others. We pray for a transformation in their hearts, that they may learn kindness and respect.

As a mother, Butisdar desires to fight this battle for her daughter, but we surrender this situation into your hands, Lord. We trust in your wisdom and power to handle it in ways we cannot imagine. Strengthen Butisdar's daughter, Lord, and help her to come out of this experience stronger and more confident. Affirm her kind and gracious character, reminding her that she is loved and valued.

We thank you, Lord, for the amazing woman that Butisdar's daughter is. We are grateful for her courage and strength throughout this challenging time. May she be rewarded for her faithfulness and may your grace continue to sustain her.
