Im organized I dont like craziness, and I'm dealing with alot of craziness and disorganization, which is driving ME crazy. Uncertainty, constant changes,.{because I'm dealing with disorganized people.} THAT THIS LETS UP. IT's not my style at all. I like to control the pace , not vice versaAnd I like to plan things, and they go according to plan, without the "surprises.".
