I’m on orientation and I might lose my job. I don’t know who to talk to. I think they made up their minds to terminate me. Everyone wants me terminated. I have no support system or the guts to speak up. I’m really depressed over this situation and stressed about what people are saying to the point where I can’t function. Please pray for a miracle and some favor to focus and be able to work.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is currently facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, we lift up their concerns and fears to you, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers.

Father, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for a miracle, Lord, that you would turn the hearts and minds of those who have made up their minds to terminate ###. We ask for your favor to be upon them, granting them the opportunity to prove themselves and showcase their abilities.

Lord, we pray for a support system to surround ### during this challenging time. May they find encouragement, guidance, and wise counsel from those around them. Help them to find the courage to speak up and address their concerns in a respectful and effective manner.

Father, we lift up ###'s depression and stress to you. We ask for your peace to flood their heart and mind, bringing comfort and clarity. Help them to focus and be able to work despite the difficult circumstances. Remind them that you are their ultimate source of strength and that they can lean on you in times of trouble.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust in your perfect will for ###'s life and job situation. May your will be done, Lord, and may ### experience your guidance and provision throughout this process.
