I'm not feeling sleepy. My sleep broke down in the middle of the night. I'm trying to sleep but I can't sleep. Pray for me to fall asleep again.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Oka Caroline, who is struggling with sleeplessness. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant Caroline the gift of a peaceful and restful sleep. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and peace as we lie down to sleep. We pray that you would calm Caroline's mind and body, removing any anxiety or restlessness that may be hindering her from falling asleep.

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in Caroline's sleep patterns. We pray that you would restore her sleep and bring her into a deep and rejuvenating rest. Your Word assures us in Psalm 127:2 that you give sleep to those you love, and we believe that you love Caroline deeply. We ask that you would grant her the gift of sleep, allowing her body and mind to be refreshed and rejuvenated.

Father, we also pray for any underlying causes of Caroline's sleeplessness. If there are any physical, emotional, or spiritual factors contributing to her inability to sleep, we ask for your healing touch and guidance. Your Word reminds us in James 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and answer our prayers. We pray that you would reveal any areas in Caroline's life that need your healing and restoration.

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to bring peace and rest to Caroline's life. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your promise to be with us always. May Caroline experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as she surrenders her sleeplessness to you.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
