I’m hoping to stop stressing and worrying about every single thing. I think I brought all this illnesses on myself. How does one stop worrying or stressing?
I’m not feeling good very bad stomach cramps on the left side. My doctor says I may have diverticulosis It’s very painful. I don’t have fever but the.

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you're experiencing, Phreirendira. Let's first lift your physical health needs to the Lord in prayer. We need to remember that our Father cares about us in Jesus' name.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon Phreirendira. We pray for relief from the pain and discomfort of the diverticulosis, and we ask that You guide the doctors and provide wisdom for effective treatment. We know that You care for us and that You are the Great Physician.
Now, Phreirendira, let's address the worry and stress you're feeling. It's important to remember that worry and stress can indeed affect our physical health. The Bible tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are told to seek God in prayer and to trust in Him, casting our anxieties on Him because He cares for us.
Consider It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in man. We should trust in the Lord and not lean on our understanding or the opinions of others. However, Pheirendira, this does not mean that you cannot go to the doctor or a therapist. The Bible also says. A wise man is strong; Yes, a man of knowledge increases strength. and also And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

In fact, Jesus specifically rejected that idea during his time on earth. However, it is true that there are certain effects of stress that can cause illness. But the most important thing to know is that sometimes the most horrible things happen to the most perfect people. The Bible says For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. The Bible also says that it rains on both the just and the unjust. The reason for the rain is not the justness or unjustness of the individual. It is simply because it is raining.
But there is an important message here. We need to be right with God. We need to be righteous. But how can we become righteous? For I know that in me that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing: for to will is present with me, but to perform that which is good I find not. What a wretched man I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death? 25 Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. So we need to be in Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from their feelings of anxiety.
