I'm not comfortable working with ###. May ### find work and happiness somewhere else, even if it's more money and not follow me into the new job I just got hired at.

Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and guidance. We ask for your divine intervention in their current work situation.
Father, we pray that you would grant ### clarity and discernment regarding their discomfort in working with ###. If it is your will, we ask that you open doors for them to find new employment where they can experience both work satisfaction and happiness. May you lead them to a job that not only provides financial stability but also aligns with their values and brings them joy.
Lord, we ask for your protection and guidance as ### transitions into their new job. We pray that you would shield them from any negative influences or conflicts that may arise. Grant them favor with their new colleagues and superiors, and may they excel in their new role.
Above all, Lord, we pray for your peace to fill the heart of ###. Help them to trust in your perfect plan for their life, knowing that you are always with them. Remind them of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
