Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend. We lift up their concern regarding their discomfort in working with R.J May. Lord, we ask that you guide and direct R.J to find happiness elsewhere, even if it means finding another job with higher pay.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves in you, you will give us the desires of our hearts. We pray that you would align R.J's desires with your perfect will, leading them to a place where they can experience fulfillment and joy in their work.
Lord, we also ask for your wisdom and discernment for our anonymous friend as they navigate this situation. Grant them grace and patience as they interact with R.J May, and help them to maintain a peaceful and respectful working environment.
We trust in your sovereignty, knowing that you have a plan and purpose for each of our lives. May your will be done in this situation, and may both our anonymous friend and R.J May find the happiness and fulfillment they seek.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
