Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend. We lift up their concern regarding their discomfort in working with R.J May. Lord, we ask that you guide and direct R.J to find happiness elsewhere, even if it means finding another job with higher pay.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves in you, you will give us the desires of our hearts. We pray that you would align R.J's desires with your perfect will, leading them to a place where they can experience fulfillment and joy in their work.
Lord, we also ask for your wisdom and discernment for our anonymous friend as they navigate this situation. Grant them grace and patience as they interact with R.J May, and help them to maintain a peaceful and respectful working relationship.
