Lord, I thank you for your grace and mercy. Praying for discernment, peace, healing, protection, and breakthrough in all areas of my life. Still heartbroken about the state of my marriage. I just don't understand what to pray for when it come to my marriage. I been praying for restoration, healing, and saving it. I am not sure if that is what I should be doing anymore. This week has hurt me beyond words with the actions of my husband. Praying in Jesus name I Pray. Amen! -

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Martha to you. We acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and guidance, and we ask that you would show her the path she should take regarding her job situation. Lord, we understand that Martha is feeling depressed and unhappy in her current job. We pray that you would bring comfort and peace to her heart, knowing that you are with her in this difficult season.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves in you, you will give us the desires of our hearts. We ask that you would align Martha's desires with your perfect will for her life. If it is your plan for her to seek new employment, we pray that you would open doors and provide her with the right opportunities. Give her clarity and discernment as she explores different options, and grant her favor in the eyes of potential employers.
Lord, we also pray for strength and perseverance for Martha as she continues in her current job while seeking a new one. Help her to find joy and purpose in her work, even in the midst of her dissatisfaction. Remind her that she is working unto you and not just for human approval .
Above all, we pray for Martha's emotional well-being. Lift the burden of depression from her shoulders and replace it with your peace that surpasses all understanding . Surround her with your love and comfort, reminding her that she is not alone in her struggles.

May the Lord work in your circumstances, lead you to the job He has chosen for you and help you experience His peace and joy in a special way. Should you ever need a listening ear, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and encouraging. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
