I'm Marian Apa, I am working with a local company and I am struggling to speak proper English. They make fun of me and I am more qualified than anyone in my team however my English communication is very poor. The management can't even consider me for better position because of my poor English communication. I am praying to God to perform a miracle with my English communication. I have hope and faith it will be possible in Jesus name. I will appreciate your prayers
