Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Josephine and her prayer request. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in her work situation. We pray against any schemes or plans of the lady who desires to take Josephine's position. We ask that you would expose any hidden motives and bring justice and fairness to this situation.
Father, we know that you are the one who promotes and establishes individuals in their workplaces. We ask that you would protect Josephine's position and grant her favor with her superiors. Give her wisdom and discernment to navigate through these challenges and to respond with grace and integrity.
Lord, we also pray for peace and strength for Josephine during this time of uncertainty. Help her to trust in your provision and to rely on your guidance. Remind her that you are her ultimate source of security and that you have a plan and purpose for her life.
We claim the promise in Psalm 75:6-7, which says, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you will work all things together for Josephine's good.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
