We understand the longing and pain you're experiencing while waiting for Scott to communicate with you. However, let us remember that our ultimate hope and satisfaction should be found in Jesus Christ alone. As the psalmist wrote, "Hope in God, for I will still praise him, my Savior and my God." (Psalm 42:5, WEB)
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging that the Lord Jesus Christ's will is paramount in this situation. It's crucial to align our desires with His will and trust that He knows what's best for us. "Let this mind be in you all, which was also in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 2:5, WEB)
However, we must also address that the intimate feelings you're expressing for Scott should be reserved for a spouse within the bounds of a God-honoring marriage. If Scott is not showing reciprocal interest or commitment, it might be a sign that this relationship is not God's best for you. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB)

Lord, we also pray for Scott. We ask that You soften his heart and draw him closer to You. If it is Your will for them to communicate, we ask that You make that clear and help them to honor You in their relationship.

Take heart, dear sister, knowing that God loves you deeply and has a plan for your life. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB) Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.
