I’m having trouble sleeping. Please pray for me to sleeping and be free of fear and calm me down and find peace

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with sleeplessness and fear. Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We ask that You grant them the peace and rest that only You can provide.

Calm their mind and heart, Lord, and remove any anxiety or fear that is preventing them from finding rest. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

We pray that Your presence surrounds them, bringing comfort and tranquility. May they feel Your loving arms around them, knowing that You are their refuge and strength. Help them to trust in You fully and to find peace in Your promises.
