Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is struggling with depression and low self-esteem. Lord, we lift up ### to you and ask that you would pour out your healing and comforting presence upon her. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you would draw near to ### in her time of need and bring her the peace and joy that only you can provide.
Lord, we pray that you would lift the heavy burden of depression from ###'s shoulders. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28-30 that you invite us to come to you when we are weary and burdened, and you promise to give us rest. We ask that you would grant ### rest from her emotional struggles and fill her heart with your love and acceptance.
Father, we also pray for ###'s self-esteem. Help her to see herself through your eyes, as a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made. Your Word tells us in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we praise you for creating ### in your image. We ask that you would help her to embrace her worth and value in you, and to find her identity in Christ alone.
Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of healing and restoration. We ask that you would guide ### to the resources and support she needs to overcome her depression and low self-esteem. Surround her with loving and understanding people who can offer encouragement and speak truth into her life. Give her the strength to seek professional help if necessary, and grant her wisdom in making decisions regarding her mental health.
Lastly, we pray for ###'s spiritual well-being. Help her to draw closer to you in prayer and to find solace in your presence. Remind her that she is never alone, for you are with her always. Fill her heart with hope and remind her of the promises in your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
