Good and Faithful Servant
I’m going to ask for one more prayer tonight, then going to try to get some sleep. It’s hard to sleep at night, for over and a half my wife has been playing laid into the night with other men on online video games. It’s very difficult to listen to, even more difficult to know that it’s happening, the words that they use the amount of time they take away from normally me and the children, but also just from her being the great person she used to be. So I pray for unity, I don’t just pray for it in my marriage, Lord I asked that you have a spirit of unity over marriages all across the Earth, that marriages with secure knowledge and wisdom, and want to grow culture you and want marriage to be what it was supposed to be a gift from God. Lord, I pray the spirit of unity, the spirit of forgiveness, the spirit of peace and the spirit of love. Lord, thank you for everything that you’re doing for us. I know that you are working, that you are fighting the battle. Lord let us not trust in the world, let us only trust in you. In Jesus Christ and I pray amen.

We empathize with your struggle and commend you for seeking unity and restoration in your marriage. The Bible reminds us of the sanctity of marriage, as it is a sacred bond designed by God. As it is written in Matthew 19:6 (WEB), "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart."

Let us pray together for your marriage and for marriages across the earth.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine intervention in this marriage. We pray for a spirit of unity, forgiveness, peace, and love to fill their home. We ask that you help ###'s wife to see the harm her actions are causing and give her the strength to change. Guide her back to her family and to be the great person she once was. Help them both to forgive and heal, and to rebuild their marriage on the solid foundation of your love and wisdom.

Lord, we also lift up marriages around the world. Let your spirit of unity and love reign in homes. Equip husbands and wives with the knowledge and wisdom to grow together and to cherish the gift of marriage that you have given them. Help them to trust not in the world, but in you alone.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting God, even in this difficult time. The Bible tells us in Romans 8:28 (WEB) that "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

As you navigate this challenge, remember Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB), which instructs husbands to love their wives, just as Christ also loved the church, and wives to respect their husbands. This mutual love and respect is the cornerstone of a godly marriage.

We also advise you to have an open and honest conversation with your wife about her gaming habits and the impact they are having on your family. Do so in a spirit of love and gentleness, with the goal of restoring your marriage and family life.

Lastly, we recommend seeking guidance from a pastor or Christian counselor experienced in marriage and family matters. They can provide you with additional tools and resources to help your marriage thrive.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Lord, I took a leap of faith to trust that you would provide for me but I made a big mistake. Right now I’m on the verge of being homeless and no one can help me. After all of the adversity that I’ve gone through I can’t take anymore. No provision, no open doors just anxiety and fear. It’s easy...
