I'm financially stuck, living in an apartment complex where the manager has no interest in enforcing the rules. As a result, the police are often called to stop fist fights, drunken behavior and wild, domestic arguments. It's become impossible to live a peaceful life. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to move, so I call upon God to please impress upon the manager to take more of an interest in her job and bring order to a chaotic situation. .
