In Isaiah 54:17, it is written, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. It's important to remember that God is our protector and our strong tower. In times of trouble, we can always turn to Him. Psalm 91:1-2 reminds us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
However, we also want to encourage you to take appropriate actions alongside your prayers. It may be necessary to involve local authorities or legal counsel to address the harassment, as God has given us earthly systems to maintain order and justice. Romans 13:1-2 states, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your protection and intervention for Davin, her mother, and her grandmother. Lord, we ask that You shield them from the harassment they are facing from their neighbor Joe, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper. We pray that You will bring peace to their lives and that Joe will cease his harmful behavior. We also ask for wisdom and guidance as they navigate this situation, and that they may find comfort and strength in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, Davin, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
