Beloved of All
I'm currently ### years old. In ###, there was a serious trauma happened in my life (I was getting treated unfairly in the workplace and bullied severely by my colleagues). That incident caused me to have high functioning depression and extremely low self esteem until now. In April ###, my current new boss fired me due to my weak capabilities. Every job I've ever had doesn't last longer than one year. I feel like my future is going to be dark, hopeless and dull. Currently I'm jobless and doing nothing at home everyday, being a failure at this age, I have strong and serious suicidal thoughts and I have no friends to vent to. But as a Christian, I clearly know that committing suicide will lead someone ended up being in eternal fire in hell. I don't want that happened to me. Please pray for my mental health. Please pray that God will start to guide me shortly after this. I've prayed to God about my problems and he seems to not care at all. Please help. Urgent.

Dear ###,

We lift up your prayer request to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus. We understand the pain and struggles you have been facing, especially the trauma you experienced in your workplace and the impact it has had on your mental health and self-esteem. We pray for healing and restoration in your life.

Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that God's comforting presence be with you during this difficult time, bringing you peace and strength.

We pray for divine guidance and direction in your career path. May God open doors for new opportunities that align with your skills and abilities. We declare in faith that your future is not dark, hopeless, or dull, but filled with God's purpose and blessings. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Trust in the Lord's timing and believe that He will lead you to the right job.

We also pray for your mental health. May God's healing touch be upon your mind, bringing clarity, peace, and joy. We rebuke any thoughts of suicide or hopelessness in the name of Jesus. Remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and your life has great value and purpose.

We ask that God surrounds you with a supportive community of friends and loved ones who can provide comfort, encouragement, and understanding. In the meantime, know that you can always turn to God in prayer. He is always listening, even when it may seem like He is silent. Trust in His perfect timing and His unfailing love for you.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will bring breakthrough and restoration in your life. Stay strong in your faith, and remember that you are not alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please note that we are here to support you, but it is also important to seek professional help if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts. Reach out to a mental health professional or a helpline in your country for immediate assistance.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. If you're in immediate danger, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are people who want to help. Remember, there is hope, and things can get better with the right support.

I've gone to see my local psychologist before. All he did is ask me to take depression medication daily. He doesn't comfort me, console me, or encourage/motivate me. He is cold-blooded. I feel really helpless. When I told my family members I have suicidal thoughts, they think that I'm just joking. In 2020, I self-cut myself a lot and cried to the Lord. But He did nothing and didn't take any action to help or save me. Now I feel like this is the last straw in my life, and I feel like my life has come to an end. I really wish to end my life. The thing that prevents me from committing suicide is because I don't want to go to hell.
