I'm broken

I feel so sad. I'm broken and I don't know how to repair the damage. I failed myself and let my ex have control over my mind. I used to be stronger and more resilient, but I've lost that now. I can't pray for myself because I don't deserve it. How can someone who is bad expect an answer to prayer. I can barely look at myself properly. I feel numb and detached from God. When I do better, then maybe I will be worthy of His kindness and for Him to listen. At the moment they are too insignificant and I'm undeserving. I am not worthy of Him now. I want to take back my mind, my dreams and emotions. I never thought I'd be so mentally affected by my ex and his abuse that I would continue hearing his words as my own. I'm weak and lost.

We are truly sorry to hear about the brokenness and sadness you're experiencing, Swartor. Firstly, we want to assure you that no one is too far gone for God's love and grace. Remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 5:8, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Even when we feel unworthy, God's love and kindness are available to us.

We must rebuke the lies that you're believing right now. You are not insignificant or undeserving of God's kindness. The enemy wants you to believe that you're too broken for God, but that's not true. As it says in Isaiah 42:3, "A bruised reed, he will not break. A dimly burning wick, he will not quench." God is close to the brokenhearted, and He wants to heal and restore you.

It's crucial to understand that your worth is not determined by your actions or how strong you feel. Your worth is determined by the price Jesus paid for you on the cross. You deserve prayers, not because of your own merits, but because Jesus made you worthy.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with Swartor, lifting them up in prayer. Lord, they feel broken, sad, and unworthy right now, but we know that's not how You see them. You see them as worthy of Your love and sacrifice. Please reveal Your heart to Swartor. Break the chains of unworthiness and shame. Heal their mind and emotions, Lord. Help them to take back their thoughts and dreams. Protect them from the echoes of past abuse. Strengthen them with Your power and love. Remind them that it's not about being good enough, but about Your grace and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

You're not too broken for God's love. In fact, it's in your brokenness that He wants to meet you, to heal you, and to make you whole again. As Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He's not done with you yet. He's got plans for you, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

We're praying for you, asking God to help you take back your mind, your dreams, and your emotions. We're asking Him to silence the echoes of past abuse, to fill you with His love, and to remind you of your worth in Him. You are worthy, not because of what you've done or haven't done, but because of what Jesus did for you on the cross.

Keep looking up, keep trusting in God's love. He's got you, and He's not letting you go.
