Actually, you may THINK you are at your wits end, but spiritually, you are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. What does the word say? Put on the whole armor of God that you may withstand in that day, what day? any day that makes you "feel" like a loser. So having on the whole armor of God, stand.
I don't know why you have regrets, but if you look at the circumstances in a different light, meaning the word of God, you will see that mentally, you have the mind of Christ, emotionally, Holy Spirit stabilizes you emotionally as you yield to Him, and physically, glory to God, you are more than a conqueror. God has already ordained you to victory. So if you feel overwhelmed, step out of yourself, and allow Christ in you, the hope of glory to lead you to that victory He died to give you.
Fear, God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. See that? So living with regrets is the devil's attempt to keep you bound to the past, when God says, you are a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new. New.
New you in Christ. Victorious at you begin to agree with your Heavenly Father, in Jesus name and in the power of Holy Spirit.
Father, thank you for this person and the love that you have for them. I ask you give them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus that their eyes be flooded with light that they might know the hope to which Jesus called them. I speak shalom over them and thank you for being their defense. In Jesus name. Amen.
