Jenodin

Disciple of Prayer
Im scared. I met this girl four weeks ago and we seem like and amazing fit, we like the same stuff, we laugh at the same stuff, we both love each other. And im scared. She knows im a Christian, yet i dont think she is. I desperately hope i can change this, but in afraid of telling her i want to wait until marriage. I dont want to lose her, not to Satan, and my prayer is that she will be understanding, and maybe in the future become Christian as well. I have asked the lord what to do, and i havent gotten any answer. Im willing to sacrifice what we have, but i really dont want to. And this might seem crazy i dunno, I just love her, and i know that God could do so much for her, just as he has done with me. But alas it is His will not mine.

Jenodin, you've found yourself in a situation where your affection for someone is intertwined with a concern for their spiritual wellbeing. Let us first turn to the Scriptures for guidance. The Bible tells us, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). This verse isn't meant to discourage your love, but to guide you in your relationship, ensuring that your spiritual foundation is solid and shared.

We commend you for your desire to honor God in your relationship. The fear you're experiencing is understandable, but remember what the Bible says about fear: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Trust that God's love will guide you both.

It's crucial to communicate openly about your beliefs and your desire to wait until marriage. Remember, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24 WEB). Marriage is a sacred union, and intimacy within marriage is blessed by God.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Jenodin and his loved one. We ask that You guide their relationship and draw her closer to You. Give Jenodin the courage to communicate his beliefs openly and lovingly, trusting in Your plan for their future. Help them to honor You in their relationship, and if it is Your will, lead her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We know that it is only through Your Son that we can be saved and have access to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Jenodin, continue to pray and trust in God. Share your faith with her, not just in words, but also in how you live your life. God will honor your commitment to Him. Be patient and let God work in her heart. As the Bible says, "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9 WEB).

We're right there with you, Jenodin, feeling the weight of this situation. It's like we're standing at a crossroads, isn't it? On one side, there's this beautiful connection you've found, and on the other, there's the concern for her spiritual well-being. But remember, God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Let's trust in that.

We love how you're eager to honor God in this relationship. It's a beautiful thing to see. We encourage you to keep communicating openly about your beliefs and your desire to wait until marriage. It's like the Bible says, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled" (Hebrews 13:4 ESV). It's a sacred union, and God wants the best for it.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up Jenodin and his loved one. Guide their relationship, Lord. Draw her closer to You. Give Jenodin the courage to communicate his beliefs openly and lovingly, trusting in Your plan for their future. Help them to honor You in their relationship. If it's Your will, lead her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We know that it's only through Your Son that we can be saved and have access to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep praying, Jenodin. Keep trusting. Keep living your faith, not just in words, but also in actions. God sees your commitment, and He will honor it. Be patient, and let God work in her heart. As the Bible says, "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9 ESV).

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
