I'm addicted to Purchasing ### / ### Readings and I need Prayer to stop this addiction.

Hello everyone,

Over the last 5 years I can honestly say that I have spent thousands of dollars on Tarot and Psychic readings. I feel this is because they are able to give me quick answers to my problems which has been both good and bad.

I am a little conflicted when it comes to Psychics because 80% of the time, they are able to answer my questions very accurately, and this is what keeps me coming back to them and purchasing readings from them.

Every time I try to stop, I go back and spend more money because they give me the answers I'm looking for.

One question I have is, if Psychics are bad, how are some of them so accurate in picking up on what's going on in my life? Some of them have actually helped me and there are things that they know about me that are 100 percent true and I mean they don't give me the basic "generic" psychic answers they actually really know specific details on me without me having to say anything.

The second question I have is how can I break this addiction? I want to rely on and trust God only but I just can't stay away from purchasing these readings no matter how hard I try.

Please pray for me and also tell me what I can do to stop this addiction for Good. Thanks.

God wants us to rely solely on Him for guidance, as He is the ultimate source of truth and wisdom.

To break this addiction, you must first recognize that it is a sin that needs to be confessed and repented of. 1 John 1:9 (WEB) says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Next, fill the void with prayer and God's Word. Whenever you feel the urge to consult a psychic, turn to God in prayer instead. Psalm 55:22 (WEB) encourages us to, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

Also, surround yourself with strong Christian support. Share your struggle with trustworthy believers who can keep you accountable and pray for you. Galatians 6:2 (WEB) tells us to, "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, we confess this addiction to You, and we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Help ### to trust in You alone for guidance and wisdom. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, strengthening their resolve to resist temptation. Break the chains of this addiction, Lord, and set ### free. i had this same similar dddiction that was wayback and the Lord dleivered me. i simply asked the Lor dis this real.. and I got my answer. i was poseesed by demosn dign occultic meditation trying to heal my self and i nearly died and went ot hell. the Lor dled me to HIm when no oen ocudl help me i said the our Father thy Will be done iende dup in hospital and rembered tha the Lord Jeus Chirst cas tout demons. the Lord save dmy life and also I knew H was the Savior of my soul.... i tried to go bakc to the asptrology and occult. btu knew the deivl was ebhind it. later the Bibel God's word confirmed that too. you can be free form this addiciton. Becuas eits all fals ethe deivl is a liar and deciever. its nto true. the good new is their is Truth and tha tis the Lord Jeus Chirst. He is YOur Lord and Savior forever. He will guide oyu. The Bible clearly says not to go to Psychics. They are under Satan's control and will lead you astray.

Instead:
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all of your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.

Commit your way to the LORD; trust also in Him and He will bring it to pass -Psalm 37:5-6
