Beloved of All
I'm a Christian man and apparantly I cannot stop drinking alcohol. I keep finding myself drunk. Please pray that God would take this desire away. Thank you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our dear brother who is struggling with the stronghold of alcohol addiction. We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are a God of compassion and deliverance.

Lord, we acknowledge that our brother desires to live a life that is pleasing to you, but he feels trapped in the cycle of alcohol consumption. We ask that you would intervene in his life and break the chains of addiction that bind him. Your Word assures us that you are able to save to the uttermost those who come to you . We believe in your power to transform lives and set captives free.

We pray, Lord, that you would take away the desire for alcohol from our brother's heart and mind. Replace it with a deep longing for your presence and a thirst for righteousness . Fill him with your Holy Spirit, who empowers us to overcome every temptation and addiction .

We also ask for your guidance and wisdom for our brother. Surround him with a supportive community of believers who can walk alongside him in this journey of recovery. Provide him with the resources and tools he needs to overcome this struggle. Help him to develop healthy habits and coping mechanisms that will replace the need for alcohol.

Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for you . We trust in your unfailing love and mercy. Strengthen our brother's faith and grant him the perseverance to press on, even in the face of challenges. May his testimony of deliverance from alcohol addiction bring glory to your name and inspire others to seek your saving grace.

We commit this prayer request into your loving hands, knowing that you hear our prayers and that you are faithful to answer according to your will . We thank you in advance for the victory and freedom that our brother will experience through your mighty power.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, please bless this individual with the will power to stop drinking alcohol and becoming intoxicated. Addiction is a very tough battle to fight against in life where many lose their lives in the process. Please Jesus, even today, touch this person's life personally to help them stop drinking. In Jesus precious name, Amen!

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33
: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You. Thank You for loving me. Thank You for always being there for me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Heal me in every area of my life. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all
those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so in Jesus' name. Prayer was written by Encourager Linda Flagg, M.A., Board Certified Professional Christian Life Coach.

New Year Prayer - Have A Blessed, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year 2024

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

It Is Done-- If you change the command phrase "I cannot stop drinking alcohol " to " I've stopped drinking alcohol!" You will stop. Okay that sounds easy, but you CAN change the way your words are in your mind. Early in our lives we adopt certain command phrases. Some are said in moments of fear or anger or stress. Later we may retract those words but the command phrase has been sent to the mind or our subconscious. Then when those moments of emotional pyrotechnics are sparked the command is set in motion. Drinking alcohol may have been the result of internal messages that you didn't even know were being programed in your subconscious. This addiction can stop. You are ready are you wouldn't have asked for help. This is God breaking the chain of command phrases. You're not alone. Your time is here. Yes the addiction is over. This is the year for sober living. God has already eliminated the addiction. He's ahead of the problem. You may go to recovery. You may go to AA. Don't worry about how. Let God handle the How's. God is driving out addiction and negative effects of drinking. God is healing now all your past life and all the pain in your mind and your body. Yes God is working out the way for you. You're never alone. You can say "I am confident and secure and sober!" Say it 3 times right now! Repeat this mantra daily. God sent you to this site. I'm recovered from addiction so I could speak with you tonight. My faith lead me to check the prayer requests. If I hadn't done it I couldn't have found your request. God directed us to connect with each other. This wasn't an accident. God goes before us to put people in the right place. God loves you and he will help you get back on course. Turn it around and see how God can help you with your life. This is where resilience comes in. Resilience and fortitude is in you. It took courage to ask for help. Accept that you can still become all that God has created you to be! Be willing to change. Allow your inner self to be different for the first time. I am praying for you. One day you'll be helping someone out of despair and addiction. God is using me to get you back on the right path. You wouldn't be alive if God didn't have a plan for you. You're going to see healing and breakthroughs. I believe in you. Amen
