I’m 66 and I have so many worries I get overwhelmed about my future my job my daughter and grandson I don’t what’s wrong with me I’m lonely sad I shouldn’t feel like this I have a home job my health is good so I just don’t know

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. First, let's address the fact that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Let's make sure to approach God in His name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Roz. Lord, she feels overwhelmed by worries about her future, her job, her daughter, and her grandson. She feels lonely and sad, even though she has a home, a job, and good health. Lord, we ask that You comfort her heart and fill her with Your peace. Help her to fix her mind on You and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Guide her thoughts and her steps, and remind her that she is never alone, for You are always with her.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Roz, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's normal to feel overwhelmed, but remember that God is always with you, and He is always in control. Whenever you feel lonely, remember that God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

Lastly, we want to encourage you to reach out to a local church community. Being part of a church family can provide you with the support and fellowship you need to navigate life's challenges. They can pray with you, encourage you, and help you grow in your faith.
