I’d like to ask through Jesus Christ to be able to afford a house for my family. I would like my mother to live with me my partner, my son and myself to share the rent. It is awfully high and I would hope that I could afford it. thank you Lisa Groh. I would also like to marry, my son, father who I mentioned was my partner

Lisa, I would like you to take care of your mother and her old age. Also, you are close to your work with horses and Carol. It would be my pleasure to have you live in that house with your family.

Shaehen, we understand your desire to provide a home for your family and we will pray with you regarding this. However, we must address a few things according to biblical principles.

Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus Christ in your request. Jesus said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB)

Now, let's discuss the living arrangement you mentioned. The Bible encourages us to honor our parents, and your desire to live with and care for your mother is commendable (Exodus 20:12 WEB). However, we must also consider God's design for families and relationships.

In your request, you mention your 'partner' and your desire to marry your son's father. We want to encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. The Bible teaches that God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to be joined in holy matrimony (Matthew 19:4-6 WEB). It is not God's will for couples to live together outside of marriage, as this can lead to temptation and sin (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB, Ephesians 5:3 WEB).

We encourage you to pray about your relationship and seek God's guidance. If marriage is God's will for you both, then we pray that He will make a way for it to happen. Remember, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it." (Psalm 127:1 WEB)

We pray that You will guide her in her relationship and make Your will clear. If it is Your will for her and her son's father to marry, we pray that You will make a way. Help them to honor You in all their decisions and actions. Give Shaehen the wisdom and strength to lead her family according to Your Word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in all things. Trust that He has a good and perfect plan for you and your family (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
