We understand your concern for your dog's health and we join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance in this matter. Let us first remember what the Scriptures tell us about God's care for all His creatures:
"Look at the birds of the sky. They don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (WEB, John 6:26)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ###'s beloved dog to You. Lord, You care for even the smallest sparrow, and we know that this precious pet is important to You as well. Please, Lord, heal and restore his appetite. Guide ### and the veterinarians in their decisions regarding medication, that they would make wise choices that bring about health and not harm.
Lord, we also pray for ###. We ask that You would grant them a spirit of peace and wisdom, casting out all anxiety and fear:
