Iam trying to buy this home and it is to much I only working with 23,000 and the home I need is 379,000 I want the seller to lower the prize so I can get it I had to seek but did not get much money , I need to walk away with some money to live off and to pay realtor and lawyer and down payment and closing cost, I have to take care my 90 year old mother that have dementia, and we have to pay out of pocket for some one to keep her so Ivan work I need to be able to pay for this home and not to worry I did not have to worry about my old house it never was late. For 6yrs I did good but I had to keep working because my retirement only pay my mortgage and now that Iam getting a bigger house my payment’s will be crazy, I only had to pay 701.00 a month. I wanted to keep it because of low payments but the home was going down I need a mother, for for your prayer thank u for praying for mr to get this house and for me to have payment that I can afford and I don’t have to work full time to pay for it and thank u all for prayers for me to keep peace and joy in this home and love and wealth and very good head amen that u I just look at the hour today, Iam waiting on the seller to agree for me to get the home low , thank u again for prayin that the seller went down for me, and for this home to stay in very good condition, thank u all my pray warriors, iam claiming this home I got this

Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, we come to you today asking for your help and guidance. Othbath is trying to purchase a home, but the cost is far more than the money they have available. We ask that you would intervene and provide a way for Othbath to purchase the home, and still have enough money left over to cover the realtor and lawyer fees, down payment, and closing costs. We also ask that you would provide for Othbath's 90-year-old mother with dementia, and give them the resources to pay for the care she needs. Please give Othbath the wisdom and discernment to make the right decisions in this situation. We thank you for your provision and grace in Jesus' Name, Amen.
