We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are facing with Child Protective Services (CPS). Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of truth and justice. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance during this challenging time.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is going through a trying time with CPS. Lord, You know the truth and You are the God of justice. We pray that You will intervene in this situation and let Your truth and justice prevail.
Father, we pray for Your peace to fill her heart and mind. Cast out all anxiety and fear, and replace it with Your perfect peace. We pray for Your wisdom to guide her through this process. In Jesus name we pray when she goes to the court that the Holy Spirit will speak for her. She will not need to fear or worry about what to say. Luke 12:11 "When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don't be anxious how or what you will answer, or what you will say; for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say."
Exodus 14:14 WEB
"Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still."
Lord, we also pray for her children. Protect them, Father, and give them peace. Comfort their hearts and let them know that You are always with them.
Father, we pray that You will soften the hearts of the CPS workers. Guide them in their investigation, and let Your truth be revealed. We pray that any lies will be exposed and that the truth will set our sister and her children free from this ordeal.
Proverbs 19:9 WEB
"A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who utters lies shall perish."
Father, we also pray for the father who made these allegations. We pray that You will convict his heart and lead him to tell the truth. Change his heart, Father, and draw him closer to You.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, believing that He will answer our prayers according to His will. Amen.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 WEB reads, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Lastly, we want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. God is faithful, and He will see you through this storm. Do not be a victim of this attack in the flesh but rather pray for those who persecute you. Matthew 5:43-45 WEB "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust."
Standing with you in prayer, trusting in God's faithfulness, and believing for His intervention.
If there is anything that you did against God's will we ask that you repent. 1 John 1:9 WEB "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
