We are grateful for your request, Peter, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God has a purpose and plan for your life. We commend your faith in God to change your story and your desire to have God be a part of your life. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved and only through the power of the Holy Spirit can we overcome the challenges of this life.
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of knowing Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead as stated in Romans 10:9 WEB:
because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
As you seek God's will for your life and employment, remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He may lead you to a different country than you have in mind, or He may have a different plan for your life. Trust in Him, for He knows what is best for you. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Regarding your desire to work in another country, we encourage you to seek God's will and to ensure that your motives are in line with His principles. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB:
But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We also encourage you to be content in whatever situation you find yourself, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB:
Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In every state and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Peter Kangwa. We thank You for his life and for his faith in You to change his story. We pray that Peter would come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior if he does not already. We pray that You would reveal Your will for his life and that You would guide him in his employment search. We ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and that You would provide for all of his needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray that Peter would trust in You and be content in whatever situation he finds himself. We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We are here for you, Peter, and we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.
