I Would Really Appreciate Prayer Please

Hi. I haven't been on here much lately as I just moved house and I am waiting for the internet people to come and connect the phone and internet. I would really appreciate some prayer. I have dealt badly with stress this week. I am not eating or sleeping right and I've had weird reactions to people socially as a result of stress. This has led me to have serious anxiety after being around people. I have also unfortunately been smoking cigarettes at home to calm my nerves. I'm overconfident at work in some odd attempt to carry on like things are okay, which they mostly are - I am just having a bit of a "mental health week" after some stuff happened that I found confusing to deal with. Please pray that I didn't inadvertently upset anyone with my bizarre, anxious behavior. Thank you so much.
