Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister ### from ###, ###. We humbly ask for your comfort and peace to surround her family and loved ones as they approach the one-year anniversary of her passing on ###, ###.
Lord, we know that you are the God of all comfort, and you promise to be near to the brokenhearted. We ask that you would wrap your loving arms around ###'s family, providing them with strength and solace during this difficult time of remembrance.
We pray for your presence to be felt during the ###:### am mass that they will be attending. May your Holy Spirit minister to their hearts, bringing healing and hope as they gather to honor and remember ###'s life.
In your Word, you assure us that you are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask for your divine comfort to be poured out upon ###'s family, bringing them peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for the repose of ###'s soul. May she find eternal rest in your loving embrace, and may her memory be a source of inspiration and encouragement to all who knew her.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to comfort those who mourn. May your love and grace sustain ###'s family as they navigate this season of grief.
