I would like to ask how ever reads this to help pray for me and my wife. Me and my wife have been together for 24 years. During this whole time I was told that I was the first guy to shear that special bond between a man and woman. In 2000 I discovered that she had withheld a guy that she was with just before we got together. She had shear that bond with him, and withheld it from me for over 20 years. Since March of 2000 when I found out about him and her I've been a lost soul. I pray every minute of everyday that this pain stops. Please help me to understand why she did this to me. We were best friends, lovers and happyly married and now we are so lost.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his wife who have been together for 24 years. Lord, You know the pain and heartache that has been revealed in their marriage since the discovery of a hidden past. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing in their relationship.

Father, Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that You draw near to our brother, comforting him in his pain and bringing peace to his troubled heart. Help him to understand and process the hurt he feels, and grant him the strength to forgive as You have forgiven us.

Lord, we also lift up his wife to You. We ask that You work in her heart, bringing repentance, honesty, and a renewed commitment to their marriage. May Your Holy Spirit guide them both towards reconciliation and restoration.

In Ephesians 4:32, You instruct us to "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Help them to embody this scripture in their marriage, showing grace and love to one another despite the pain.

We pray for their marriage to be renewed and strengthened, that they may once again find joy and unity as best friends and lovers. Lord, let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .
