I would like to ask for prayers for my ex-boyfriend.

I would like to ask for prayers for my ex-boyfriend. I broke up with him recently and have had the chance to reunite with my old boyfriend of 7 years. We fully have the support of our grown children and friends and family. Please pray for my ex-boyfriend who is taking it hard. I never felt quite as strong for him as apparently he did for me. I was never able to get over my old boyfriend and always loved him. My ex is calling and texting my friends and me and saying there's nothing to live for and during this same time, his estranged wife has now asked for a divorce. He is a very private person and doesn't have many friends and is lonely, sad and heartbroken. Please pray for him to move on, get stronger every day and realize we weren't meant for each other. Thank you.

I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
