Criowick, we understand your struggle in meeting your monthly targets and the challenges you face with clients and colleagues. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance according to His word.
Firstly, we commend you to have faith in God. Jesus said in Matthew 21:22 "All things whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." You need to believe that God is the one supplying all your needs and He is the one who gives you the ability to produce wealth according to Deuteronomy 8:18.
However, while praying for this take into consideration the scriptures. 2 Corinthians 4:2 says, "But we have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God."
We must ensure that in our quest to meet targets, we are not employing deceit or dishonesty. Our actions should be above reproach, reflecting the integrity and righteousness of Christ. We should be honest with our clients as scripture says in Proverbs 12:22 "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."
You mentioned that your colleagues spread scandals and take the policy easily. This conduct is not acceptable according to Biblical teaching. This is a good opportunity for you to be a light among your colleagues. Do not engage or encourage such behavior.
Regarding your colleagues, Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Criowick and his workplace challenges. Lord, You know the struggles he faces in meeting his targets and the dishonesty he encounters. We pray that You will guide him in his work, giving him the wisdom and integrity to conduct his business in a manner that pleases You. Help him to be a light in his workplace, reflecting Your love and righteousness.
Lord, we also pray for his colleagues, that they may turn from their dishonest ways and seek to conduct their business with integrity. We ask that You will provide for Criowick's needs according to Your will.
You said in your Word in Philippians 4:19 "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We thank You for hearing our prayers and we ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we urge you to keep praying and believing in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me in John 14:6. There is no other name given whereby you can be saved according to Acts 4:12. Keep believing in his name and keep confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and you shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.
