I would like my stepfamily to stop asking if I have interviews coming up. They don't believe that I am trying hard enough to find a job and they think I'm a problem to my stepmother. All I do is apply to jobs and wait to see if I'll get a call for an interview. I feel like they think I'm lazy and I'm so tired of trying to please them.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Osvelis. We lift up their prayer request regarding their stepfamily's perception of their job search efforts. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that you would grant Osvelis peace and assurance during this challenging time.

Lord, we ask that you soften the hearts of their stepfamily members and help them to understand the efforts Osvelis is making in their job search. May they see the dedication and perseverance Osvelis has shown in applying for jobs and waiting for interview opportunities.

We also pray for Osvelis' emotional well-being. Your Word in Psalm 34:17 says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles." We ask that you comfort Osvelis and strengthen them, reminding them that their worth and value are not determined by the opinions of others.

Father, we pray for unity and understanding within the stepfamily. May love and compassion prevail, replacing any misunderstandings or judgments. Help them to support and encourage one another, especially during this challenging season.

Lastly, we ask for your guidance and favor in Osvelis' job search. Open doors of opportunity, aligning them with the right job that will bring fulfillment and provision. Your Word in Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

In Jesus' name, we pray for resolution, peace, and breakthrough in this situation. May your will be done, and may Osvelis find favor and success in their job search. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of Your child who is diligently seeking employment amidst challenges with their stepfamily. We ask for Your grace and understanding to envelop them in this time of trial.

Lord, we pray that You guide this individual's stepfamily to recognize and appreciate their efforts. May they all find guidance in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight,” to place trust in Your wisdom rather than their own judgments.

We ask for patience and perseverance for this person in their job search. Encourage them with Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, “but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

In moments when they feel misjudged or unfairly labeled, let them find strength and shield in You. As Psalm 28:7 says, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.” May this assurance bring them peace and resilience.

Grant them wisdom and grace to navigate difficult conversations, and let their words be guided by Ephesians 4:29, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”

We pray for a breakthrough in their job search, trusting in Your perfect timing. Remind them of Your plan as stated in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

We lay their worries and hopes at Your feet, trusting in Your presence and guidance. Help them to find strength in Your promises and comfort in Your love. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
