I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. Here's a prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, I come before You today seeking Your strength and guidance. I acknowledge that I have been struggling with an addiction that is difficult to overcome. I ask for Your help to break free from this habit and to find healing in Your love and grace.

Lord, I know that You are powerful and capable of transforming lives. Please give me the courage and determination to follow through with my strategy to stop. Help me to resist temptation and to focus on Your Word for strength and encouragement.

I pray that You will surround me with Your peace and that You will guide me towards healthier habits and a closer relationship with You. May Your Holy Spirit empower me to overcome this challenge and to live a life that honors You.
