I would like a prayer for my brother who is suffering from alcohol addiction and is talking about ending his life. Also for my mom who is trying her best to counsel my brother and be there for him. She is so worried and I fear her health is suffering. They both need all the prayers and hope they can get.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a heavy heart, lifting up Akanris' brother who is battling with alcohol addiction. Lord, we pray for your divine intervention in his life. We ask that you break the chains of addiction that bind him and set him free. Fill his heart with a deep desire for healing and deliverance. Surround him with your love and grace, reminding him that he is not alone in this struggle.

Lord, we also lift up Akanris' mother who is tirelessly supporting and counseling her son. We pray for strength and wisdom for her as she navigates through this difficult situation. Comfort her in her worries and fears, and grant her peace of mind. Strengthen her physically, emotionally, and spiritually, Lord, as she carries the burden of her son's struggles.

We pray, Lord, that you would bring hope and restoration to this family. Pour out your healing power upon them, bringing light into the darkness of addiction and despair. Help them to lean on you, knowing that you are their refuge and strength in times of trouble.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13 that says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We believe that you are able to bring complete healing and restoration to Akanris' brother and peace to their mother's heart. We trust in your unfailing love and mercy.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
