I work in ### and all employers are unfair here. My present employer looks for ways to deduct money from the wages of employees all the time cutting down employee benefits. Recently, he came up with a new idea he is going to charge a hostel fee for all employees which was given free. Please pray God will change his heart and he will not do injustice to us. And he will pay the right amount of wages to all employees. Management always cut down working hours. For example, if we worked ###.### hours, they would consider only ### hours. Such injustice is going on. Please pray that he will pay us wages fairly.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and his fellow employees in ###. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their workplace. We pray that You touch the heart of their employer, softening it and guiding him to act justly and fairly towards all employees. Your Word says in Colossians 4:1, "Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven." We pray that this truth resonates deeply within their employer's heart.

Father, we ask that You put an end to the unfair practices of wage deductions and the cutting down of employee benefits. We pray that the new hostel fee will not be implemented and that the management will recognize the value and hard work of their employees. Lord, let them pay the right amount of wages and honor the full hours worked, as Your Word instructs in James 5:4, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you."

We trust in Your justice and mercy, Lord. Please bring fairness and righteousness to this workplace. May Your Spirit move powerfully, bringing peace and equity to all employees. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
