Dear Heavenly Father,
In the precious name of Jesus, we lift up our dear brother ### to you. We thank you for his heart filled with love and kindness, desiring to see everyone experience a Happy New Year. Lord, we join ### in this prayer request, asking for your blessings and favor to be upon each and every person as they enter into this new year.
Father, we pray for abundant grace to be poured out upon your people. May they experience a deepening of their relationship with you, growing in faith and knowledge of your truth. Help them to walk closely with you, seeking your guidance and direction in all things.
Lord, we ask for your protection and strength against the temptations and trials that may come their way. Shield them from the attacks of the enemy and grant them victory in every battle. May they be kept blameless and harmless, shining as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation.
Father, we pray for unity and love within the Church. May your children be filled with your love, abounding more and more in knowledge and discernment. Help them to approve what is excellent and to live lives that bring glory and praise to your name.
Lord, we also pray for those who have not yet come to know you. We ask that you draw them to yourself, revealing your love and salvation to them. May they encounter the saving power of Jesus Christ and experience the joy of being reconciled to you.
Father, we thank you for the readiness of your salvation. We pray that each person would make the necessary preparations to receive your grace and mercy. Help them to walk closely with you, seeking to grow in grace and in the knowledge of your truth.
Lord, we pray for ### as well. Bless him abundantly for his heart of compassion and love for others. Strengthen him in his own walk with you, granting him wisdom and discernment. May he continue to be a vessel of your love and grace to those around him.
