BRINGS PLEASURE TO GOD.

I am still unsure whether I have praising of God right. That is, do I praise Him in the right way and often enough.One thing is for sure, I will never fake my praise to Him just to impress other people. I do wake up during the night and praise Him, which I think is pure and good. I will frequently stop during the day and praise Him for blessings unexpectedly. I love to praise Him when others would be worried or concerned more about earthly things. With all of that, I still don't believe I praise Him enough. Yes, I praise Him for the life, family, and friends He has given me.Most of all, I praise Him for the opportunities He gives me to tell other people about Jesus Christ, whether in comforting and assuring fellow Christians, or answering serious folks who have questions about salvation, like the Philippian jailers question,

"Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" I love the apostles answer to this troubled soul,"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved."

Lord, I humbly bow before your throne praising you for all your blessings. Lord, give me strength for this week. Fill me with your mercy and grace as I prepare to leave my family and friends. Let me meditate on their prayers and put them deep in my heart that I will take them with me. Lord, I thank you for each warrior here, for the love they have to share, for their kindness and encouraging words. Lord, bind us together with hearts that can not be broken. Bind us together in worship and praise for our savior. Keep up protected from the enemy and his folly, his lies and his deceits. Let us live for you, free to pick up your cross. Lord, I surrender all that I have, all that I am to you.

I thank you for the close relationships I have found here in this prayer room. I thank you for the answered prayers. I thank you for those not answered yet because I know that everything happens in your timing. Give us patience to wait upon you, to accept the things we can not understand and to praise the things we can. Lord, I come into your house and feel your presence. I feel the Holy Spirit that dwells within my heart and my soul. I thank you for saving me, for delivering me, for sanctifying me. I thank you that I have been baptized by living water, covered by your blood sacarifice and been made whole by your mercy and grace. I am victorious today. May you always lead, guide and direct my path. May I always do your will, even when I don't understand, even when I don't want to get out of my comfort zone, I know you will take my hand and lead me through. Lord, may your kingdom come soon!
